Privacy Policy
Last updated 8 August 2026MasterP AI is a one-person web design studio. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
The short version: if you fill in our form, we use your name and contact details to reply to you about a website. We don't sell your information, we don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't share it with anyone except the services listed below that are needed to run the site.
Who we are
MasterP AI is operated by Hunter Masters in Virginia, United States. For anything in this policy, you can reach us at hunterm@masterpai.net.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the name, email address or phone number, and business details you type into it.
- The estimate you build. If you use the estimator on our homepage and then send it to us, the form includes the choices you made — number of pages, type of business, the features you selected, your timeline, whether you already have a site, and the resulting figure. We use it to prepare a real quote before we speak to you. Using the estimator on its own sends us nothing; the choices are only submitted if you fill in the form yourself.
- Information you send us directly. If you email us or speak with us on a call, we keep that correspondence and any notes we take about what you'd like built.
- Basic technical information. Our hosting provider automatically logs standard request data — IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps — for security and to keep the site running.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and we do not ask for or store payment card numbers on this website.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, build and send you a free demo of your site.
- To carry out and deliver work you've hired us to do.
- To keep records of our own business, including invoices and correspondence.
- To keep the site secure and diagnose problems with it.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
Who else touches it
We use a small number of third-party services to run this site. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job:
- Formspree — receives and forwards submissions from the contact form on this site. See Formspree's privacy policy.
- Our web host — serves the pages of this site and keeps standard server logs.
- Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on this site. Loading a font sends a request to Google's servers, which will include your IP address. See Google's privacy policy.
- Email — our email provider handles messages sent to and from us.
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — we run the Meta Pixel on this site so we can measure our advertising. See Meta's data policy.
If you reached this site from an ad on Facebook or Instagram, Meta may also record that click on their own platform.
Cookies and tracking
We use the Meta Pixel on this website. It is a small script from Meta that tells us, in aggregate, how many people arrive here from our ads, how far down the page they read, and whether they go on to request a demo or a call. To do that it sets cookies in your browser and sends Meta your IP address, the page you are on, and the action you took. Meta may use this to measure our ads and to show you our ads again later. We never send Meta the name, email address, phone number or business details you type into our form.
We set no other cookies and run no other analytics or advertising trackers. If you would rather not be tracked, you can block the pixel with any standard content blocker, or change your ad settings in your Meta ad preferences — the site works exactly the same either way. If we add anything else in future, we will update this page before doing so.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as there's a live conversation, and for up to two years afterwards in case you come back to us. Records connected to paid work are kept for as long as we're required to keep business records. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
How we protect it
This site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted encrypted, and access to the inbox and files where your details live is protected by a strong password and two-factor authentication. No system is perfect, but we keep the number of places your information exists deliberately small.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hunterm@masterpai.net and we'll action it within 30 days. There's no charge and you don't need to give a reason. If you're in a jurisdiction with specific data rights — such as the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under the CCPA — those rights apply and this is how you exercise them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
